They save lives and guard our health. More than 55 thousand medical specialists and 124 thousand mid-level medical workers are celebrating their professional holiday today.
The profession of a doctor, according to statistics, is more often chosen by women. Every year medical care reaches a new level of development. This includes high-tech operations and new approaches to treatment. In 2021, 988 kidney, liver and heart transplants were performed in our country. In total, over 2,300 outpatient clinics and polyclinics, 593 hospitals and 142 emergency stations rendered services to the population.

And now we are concentrating on routine care, on the issue of medical examinations of children and adults. At the moment we are working on a new approach to clinical examination, which should not only make the work of medical workers easier, but also turn health care in a preventive direction, and make the patient a participant of his clinical examination.”
The qualifications of our specialists are also in demand abroad. The export of healthcare services last year was over 41 million dollars. The citizens of 153 countries used medical services: Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, USA, China and many others. Cardiologists, oncologists, transplantologists and dentists are the most demanded services.
