Labor Code updated in Belarus

The Labor Code has been updated in Belarus. The law was signed by the President. For the first time the code will regulate the remote labor relations. In addition, the employer has received the right to temporarily transfer his employees to another job, including to another employer (with the need to obtain the consent of the employee).
