The Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly emphasized that large enterprises helped the economy to survive tough competition during the pandemic. Vladimir Andreichenko visited JSC Neftezavodmontazh in Novopolotsk. The company is engaged in the construction and installation of the petrochemical complex, as well as civil facilities. Special attention is paid to personnel, as specialists are in demand in Belarus and abroad. 1200 people work in that enterprise. Equipment, training classes, modern welding laboratories are available for future employees among the students. The average age of employees is 40, and the salary is 1700 rubles.
Vladimir Andreichenko, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus: "The company did not introduce any total quarantine regime that would affect the operation of the enterprise and trigger the decrease in sales markets. The company has saved jobs."
Vladimir Andreichenko answered the questions from the employees of the enterprise about the cooperation of parliamentarians with colleagues from other countries, the use of electricity after the commissioning of the Belarusian NPP. The staff was interested in the development of Novopolotsk. The development of culture and sports was also discussed. The speaker also visited the water-skiing base and got acquainted with the training process.
