Decree on changing payments for participation in road traffic may enter into force on April 1

Now the document is at the stage of signing. This was announced by Chairman of the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives for Industry, Fuel and Energy Complex, Transport and Communications Andrei Rybak. The draft decree, which was submitted for public discussion, suggested introduction of a fee for participation in road traffic instead of a state duty for issuing permits for admission to participate in the movement. The rates will be set in basic values, they will depend on the type of transport. The document also provides for new terms of payment, discounts and photographing violations.
