A meeting of the joint board of the Ministry of Defense of Belarus and Russia was held in Moscow. There are about 10 issues on the agenda. The main topics of discussion are the joint protection of the air borders of the Union State, cooperation in the field of electronic warfare, the creation of a unified communication system, as well as summing up the results of the exercise Zapad 2017. Its main activities were deployed on the territory of Belarus, as well as on 4 Russian military ranges.
Also, in honor of the joint board in the Ministry of Defense of Russia, a military exhibition was organized, where through the exhibits it is possible to trace the Belarusian-Russian military cooperation from the time of the Second World War to the present day.
