Belarus Unlimited concert held at stele "Minsk Hero City”

3 июля 2020
A music concert with popular performers and bands brings together hundreds of spectators who decided to celebrate Independence Day.

The concert program will culminate in the "Sing the Anthem Together" event.  This is also a tradition of modern Belarus when the whole country sings the anthem in unison. This is one of the main state symbols.

"Minsk Hero City" stele is a symbolic center of the show program. The monument is part of an ensemble of the Belarusian State Museum of History of the Great Patriotic War. Besides, the monument is on the State List of Historical and Cultural Values of our country. Belarus remembers the war heroes and honors the heroes of today.

This year's program consists of 5 or even 6 blocks, including a night dance section. LED screens are organically inscribed in the architectural ensemble.

Eugene Kurchich, singer: "Independence Day is the holiday that unites the whole country together because it is our holiday, it is our common victory, it is the memory of all generations. And, of course, I can say that this holiday is modern because there are more young people, there are more modern sounds and melodies."

Both folk and honored performers and representatives of the new modern wave sing in the open area in the city center. Individual video content and scenography were developed for each of the performers.

And at 23.00, the sky over Minsk will be painted with fireworks. The fire show will be held in 8 points of Minsk. But the program doesn't end there either. After the fireworks, there is a dancing section waiting for everyone.
