Oleg Belokonev, the head of the Belarusian side at the Zapad 2017 military exercise, gave his assessment of the first two days of the maneuvers. According to the head of the General Staff and First Deputy Defense Minister of Belarus, all the tasks were accomplished perfectly (video).
