This is contained in the draft law On amendments to Code of Belarus on administrative violations and Code of Execution Procedure. The relevant draft law was adopted by the MPs in the first reading today. According to experts, the load on courts will decrease by 30%, i.e. 80.000 cases per year.
The MPs considered a total of 15 draft laws today. Among them are the amendments to the Labor Code of Belarus, the laws on price formation and mail service. One of the most long-awaited is the draft law On the ratification of the Agreement between the governments of Belarus and Turkey on readmission which determines the deportation order.
