Status of All-Belarusian Youth Construction assigned to new social facilities in Ostrovets

The corresponding decree was signed today by the President. The construction of a multifunctional sports complex, an indoor ice rink, a school, a hospital, a kindergarten and a bus station is planned in Ostrovets.

Housing construction is also underway in Ostrovets: the population will double by the year 2020. This is due to the appearance of a nuclear power plant. Since 2014, the construction of Belarusian NPP facilities has also been assigned the status of an All-Belarusian Youth Construction project.
