Film and TV actor, producer Lei Han (China) told journalists what the joint Belarusian-Chinese movie will be about, BelTA reports.
"Unfortunately, due to the fact that we are bound by certain confidentiality agreements at this stage, we can't announce the content of the script in detail, but we would like to tell in general words what we can. The leitmotif of the movie will be friendship and love between young people of Belarus and China. We would like to show how Belarusian and Chinese youth live, to reflect the beauty of Belarusian nature, traditions, historical heritage, to show the hobbies of both Chinese and Belarusian representatives. Perhaps our main goal is to show how the friendly peaceful coexistence of the two peoples can ensure stability in the world, order, because these are the main values that humanity should adhere to," said Lei Han.
The film project is scheduled to officially launch on January 20, 2024. "It will be held in honor of the anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Belarus and China. I think by then we will be able to share more interesting details about our joint movie. The shooting is scheduled to take place in locations both in China and Belarus. The creative team will include specialists from both China and Belarus.
