Opposition set the task of using businessmen as firewood to ignite civil conflict in Belarus

There are obvious attempts to stir up entrepreneurs in Belarus. Why is the destructive opposition so interested in our business today?

"In fact, no one has the task to protect the rights of entrepreneurs in disputes with the state on some or other issues relating to the rules of trade or taxation. The task is quite different - to use the dissatisfied individual entrepreneurs as firewood to ignite civil conflict in Belarus," says political analyst Alexander Shpakovsky.

There is a plan to create conspiratorial networks of Belarusian citizens aimed at committing terrorist acts, sabotage, acts of sabotage. In the event of a foreign invasion of our country, they are to perform the function of a fifth column. It is understood that all these acts will be severely criminalized.

"Structures of this plan are under operational control of the state security bodies and other law enforcement agencies of Belarus. Accordingly, such people put themselves and their families in danger, because they actually fall under the sanction of the Criminal Code articles providing for long-term imprisonment," warns Alexander Shpakovski. - There are already such examples. But destructive forces have made repeated attempts to shake the socio-political situation in Belarus. With the beginning of a special military operation in Ukraine ridiculous rumors were spread that the Republic of Belarus was preparing to enter the war, that there would be forced mobilization of the male population in our country. This was also misinformation with the aim of inducing protest activity and unlawful actions. I would like to urge people not to respond to provocations."

Alexei Avdonin, an analyst at the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies, confirms that the destructive opposition is trying to use business, to form a state of dissatisfaction with entrepreneurs and shove them against the state. "No one thinks about the interests of the Belarusian entrepreneurs, they need to implement their key objectives, to create a protest movement. Also, the main focus is on our businesses. They are looking for protest elements in order to form groups of them to broadcast a negative agenda to the labor collectives. It's a time of challenges for the heads of enterprises and trade unions," reckons the expert.

Olga Bogomaz, analyst at the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies:

"The main tool today is the media, new media and social networks. In the business environment, first of all, there will be a demonstration of the lack of communication and dialogue between the authorities and entrepreneurs as well as broadcasting various author's opinions with negative forecasts."

Belarusian business does not want to be a puppet. It keeps its focus on its work and tries not to respond to provocations.
