Sergey Sivets: Updated Constitution to lay foundation for evolutionary development of Belarus for decades to come

The updated Constitution will lay the foundation of the evolutionary development of Belarus for decades to come.  This was stated by the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Council of the Republic of Belarus Sergey Sivets. Senators continue meeting with the population all over the country. The head of state instructed us to explain all the innovations planned to be enshrined in the country's basic law. Much attention is paid to work with local authorities. In the event of redistribution of powers, they will be more responsible. By the way, next week the Council of the Republic will hold a single day of reception of citizens in Grodno Region.
