Minsk public transport free for car owners today

Today, all Belarusians who care about the environment are offered to ride bicycles or walk on foot instead of using personal vehicles. More than 30 Belarusian cities will join the international action. Today, public transport in the capital is free for car owners. Last year this right was exercised by more than 8 000 people.
