By Alexander Kamovich: Among the main tasks for the divisions of Belarus and Russia was repelling of an attack of a potential enemy and a further counterattack.
According to the program of the exercises, yesterday the maneuvers enemy inflicted massive missile and air strikes on the territory of our country and launched an aggression against the Union State. Later, with the support of aviation, missile forces and artillery, the maneuvers enemy launched an offensive on the territory of Belarus.
Today the maneuvers enemy tried to break through the defensive positions of the Allied forces. Aviation of the enemy is trying to clear the terrain for the onset of technology. However, the ground columns run into artillery fire.
After an unsuccessful attempt to break through the enemy's position, the troops went into a counterattack.
Dozens of foreign journalists and observers watched the exercise today.
In Borisov, Belarusian and Russian units worked out defense and counter-attack. It should be noted that during the exercise, the military continue to check the capabilities of new and modernized weapons, as well as special equipment for both domestic and joint production.
