Belarus commemorates Holocaust victims today

By Natalia Bordilovskaya: 75 years ago saw a large-scale elimination of the Minsk Ghetto, killing over 5,000 Jews in one day. The mass grave, known as the Yama memorial, is located at the intersection of Minsk’s Zaslavskaya and Melnikaite streets. People have been gathering there today to commemorate the victims of Holocaust and fascist atrocities.
