What obstacles may Belarusian businesses face, if they want to gain foothold in Indian market

In the understanding of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Belarus it is a significant information gap. "We do not know about each other. Thus, the main obstacle is the information deficit," stressed Alok Rajan Jha.  But believe me, we at the Embassy of India in Minsk are working on it and, of course, Belarusian colleagues in India, too. We are discussing the issues of trade chambers, free economic zones, meetings of government representatives. So, I think we will close this issue soon."

The ambassador believes that to circumvent these restrictions, we should learn more about each other. Belarusians can fly to India more, learn more about India, participate in various business events. Not only online, but also to be present in person. "Visit countries, at least as tourists. Read more about each other's economies, what our strengths and weaknesses are, whether we fit together," Alok Rajan Jha concluded.
