The President demands to actively develop housing construction in satellite cities of Minsk. Alexander Lukashenko drew attention to the Minsk overpopulation during his visit to MAPID. It was not only about the technologies and new products of the enterprise, but also about the systemic issues of the development of housing construction in Belarus.

More than 6 million square meters of housing have been built in 5 years. Another 4 million will be commissioned this year., Large families, who desire to improve their living conditions, will be registered in the list for no more than a year, according to the instructions of the head of state. Tasks for rental housing are being implemented in the country.

MAPID is the largest organization in the country's construction industry: it works at a high rate and full cycle: from the project to the commissioning of the facility. More than 6 000 people work here, and the average monthly salary is almost 1,500 rubles. MAPID carries out work at 35 facilities this year. It is planned to implement new projects in Russia and the Baltic countries. Negotiations are underway on the construction of a Belarusian neighborhood in Nizhny Novgorod.
