Belarusians against sanctions
I believe that the imposition of these sanctions is a direct violation of not only workers' rights, but also of human rights. The EU leaders do not think about what will happen to ordinary people, for example, to my colleagues at work, my family, my child. No one thinks about it and EU leaders shout human rights, but by imposing these sanctions they violate those rights in the first place.
I want to live and work in a peaceful country, I want to get a stable salary, I want my child to study and develop normally, I want to be confident in the future, I call on the EU officials to stop putting pressure on Belarus.
We want to live and work in peace, earn money, provide for our families, and we are against sanctions in any form.
Sanctions imply a reduction of my salary, I have three children whom I must support, feed and educate, I believe that this measure is extremely negative.
I am against the imposition of any sanctions, because it would hurt my pocket. I have four children, two are studying and I need to pay for their education. Gentlemen, Western politicians, fighters for human rights and freedoms - you are violating my most important right - the right to a decent life, think about it.
Today it is obvious that western officials are not going to reckon with the opinion of people. In February, the Federation of Trade Unions sent to them more than one million 130 thousand signatures of workers against the sanctions. But even today there is no clear answer to this solidarity and collective request of the people.
