The main objectives at the moment are social stability in the society and growth of the well-being of Belarusians. Today the program document has been presented for public discussion. It is based on the analysis of the economic situation as well as appeals of Belarusians and proposals made during the dialogues and meetings of the MPs with the voters. In early February, the program will be presented at the All-Belarusian People's Assembly, where it will be discussed in detail.
The key objective is to reduce the dependence of economic growth on hydrocarbon raw materials, to increase export potential due to high-tech goods, and to launch a new investment cycle.
So, the main results should be:
GDP growth in real terms not less than 1.2 times above the level of 2020 as well as an increase in fixed capital investment by more than 1.2 times. We should also see a 1.2 times increase in the real disposable income of the population over the five-year period, including an increase in pension benefits above the inflation rate.
We must also increase the volume of exports of goods and services up to $50 billion in 2025.
Increase of life expectancy to 76.5 years. This will be facilitated by the continuation of the implementation of the "Decent Longevity" strategy, which is aimed at improving the quality of life of the elderly people.
The program has four main priorities: happy family, strong regions, an intelligent country, and a partner government.
