A new system of remuneration of employees of budgetary organizations has been introduced in Belarus this year. Many types of payments have been abolished and the salary structure has been changed. At the stage of developing the documents, trade unions insisted that people should not lose their salaries because of innovations.
The Labor Code will enter into force on January 28.
The updated Labor Code will also come into force next week. The trade unions initiatives are reflected in 30 articles of the code. They strengthen the protection of workers' rights.
