Draft codes of administrative liability underway

It remains to clarify some of the nuances, conduct an examination, after which the documents will be submitted to the Head of State. At the initiative of the President, the punitive section of the codes has been significantly reduced. This, in particular, applies to at least 236 offenses and allows applying lenient liability measures. In addition, serious emphasis has been placed on the prevention of administrative misconduct. Also, during the preparation of draft documents, more than 2300 of proposals from citizens were received. In the very near future, the draft of 2 codes will be submitted to the Head of State.
