President to address Belarusian people and Parliament

Just over an hour remains before one of the key socio-political events of the year the Address of the President to the People and the Parliament. The annual address of the Head of State is always a socio-political "cocktail" of traditions and innovations. The Address itself is an appeal to the people and the Parliament, a state and national tradition, enshrined in the Constitution. By the way, this year is a kind of anniversary of the basic law of Belarus, and the institution of the Presidency itself. 25 years is a quarter of a century, which means there is a serious reason to look back and take the next step in building a truly sovereign state.
