President appoints new military officials

After Stanislav Zas' international promotion (he's been CSTO Secretary General since January), it was necessary to determine who would hold the post in the Belarusian Security Council. This post was trusted to the experienced army general Andrei Ravkov. The Ministry of Defense is now headed by Victor Khrenin. Alexander Volfovich was appointed Head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
