Representation of the International Committee of the Red Cross will start its work in Belarus on January 1. The corresponding agreement on the status, privileges and immunities was signed today in the Foreign Ministry. The document was signed by Peter Maurer and Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei.
Today, a memorandum of understanding between the Committee and the Belarusian Red Cross Society was signed in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The document, according to Vladimir Makei, formalizes regular and constructive interaction stat has already been established.
