Chair of Belarusian Supreme Court: “The justice of the next generation should be more humane, conciliatory and clever”

“The new justice of the next generation should be more human, conciliatory and clever, and  more fair”,  said  chairman of the Supreme Court of Belarus in an exclusive interview to our TV channel. In particular, a kind of“ road map ”of judicial and legal modernization is being worked out by lawyers, and it became public last Friday as the new building of the Supreme Court was unveiled. 

The essence of the reform is in the systemic use of IT technologies within the framework of the judicial process,  active introduction of arbitrary  law,  reconciliation of the parties, tougher requirements to the lawyers.
