Improvement of procedures and services, development of digitalization and sharing experience. Today the Ministers of Justice of Belarus and Armenia signed an agreement on cooperation in Minsk. The guests came to our country to adopt the experience of their Belarusian colleagues in such areas as digitalization of services, as well as to learn from the constitutional reforms, which are long overdue in Armenia. The parties exchanged views and discussed the issues of rulemaking, enforcement, notary and advocacy. All this work is aimed at making the citizens feel confident in the legal terrain.

Karen Andreasyan, Minister of Justice of Armenia:

There is an experience that is attractive for us in Belarus as well. It concerns the issues of administrative services, which you have very well set up. Now we are starting to provide the same services in Armenia, common services in one place. We have experience which became an interest of our colleagues from Belarus. We will continue, we have great influence in the ministries.

Sergei Khomenko, Minister of Justice of Belarus:

As a result of the communication we have a number of agreements, including prospective agreements on consideration of the issue of digital apostille. The most important result was the signing of the agreement on further cooperation between the Ministries of Belarus and Armenia. We have a good cooperation, which is aimed at improvement of the structures of the activity of the Justice Ministries.

Belarus is actively working on converting administrative procedures into digital form. In the coming years it is planned to add about 450 more procedures to this form. All this will allow citizens to receive the necessary services in the comfort of their homes.
