Winners of Olympiad to become future workers of Nezhinsky complex

Graduates of schools in Luban District, winners of the BNTU Olympiad, won the intellectual tournament and also found a job. Nezhinsky Mining and Processing Complex chose future specialists. 14 young men and women passed online testing in mathematics and physics. Tasks were developed by the teachers of the technical university. The purpose of the profile Olympiad is to attract local youth to employment at Nezhinsky Mining and Processing Complex, which is located in Luban District. 

All participants of the Olympiad received valuable gifts. And those who decide to enter the mining and technological specialties will be supported additionally by grants, scholarships, free accommodation, and guaranteed employment in the specialty. 

Sergey Popov, director of Slavkali LLC: “This is the first time we are holding such an Olympiad. It is important to attract young staff to work at a new modern plant. This is an opportunity for today's students, tomorrow's applicants, to make a career." 

The first tons of potash ore in will be available next year at the complex. Then there will be a need for new specialists in the mining and technological profile with higher education.
