All restrictions on the movement of citizens within the Union State of Russia and Belarus are lifted from today. The Minister of Health Dmitry Pinevich told journalists about making PCR-tests when crossing the border with Russia.
Dmitry Pinevich, Minister of Health of Belarus:
The border is open in terms of epidemiological indications. If we cross it by road and rail, the PCR tests are no longer required. I think it will take some time to remove restrictions related to testing requirements if you fly by air. As we know, Russia is preparing its regulations to remove that requirement as well. It will be a coordinated position between the two countries.
