Péter Szijjártó: European Union to have opportunity to achieve rapprochement with Belarus

Despite accusations of the collective West, there are sane voices in the EU. The erroneous strategy of Brussels in building relations with Belarus was pointed out by Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Péter Szijjártó. In an interview with Radio Latvia, the official noted that the current migration crisis could have been avoided if the European Union had gone closer to our country.

Péter Szijjártó:
The European Union had an opportunity to achieve rapprochement with Belarus and make relations closer. And I would even say that if it had used this opportunity, there would not have been this migration crisis.
