Unification of legislation, common approaches and simplification of judicial procedures: the first Republican Conference of the OSCE was held in Minsk. It included experts from the constitutional, supreme court, as well as other departments of general jurisdiction, 20 people from each region. The main task is to strengthen the authority of the judiciary and improve the system.
Based on the results of the conference, it was decided to develop and implement a single code for civil and economic affairs, as well as to continue work to simplify judicial procedures and move to the appellate procedure for reviewing decisions.
