Parliamentarians amend 13 bills

Sergey Gusachenko: The parliamentarians discussed sport issues and passed a law on physical training and sport. The document takes into account modern trends, anti-doping policy, security at the stadiums and even industrial gymnastics. The head of the state signed several degrees supporting PT and sport organizations and scholarships. They were submitted to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly. The sport industry changed a lot during the last 20 years and legislation should not be lagging behind, says Vladimir Andreichenko. The new law regulates a number of positions, the rights and responsibilities of sportsmen and coaches, sport titles and awards. The regulations on doping were brought in conformity with international standards. Belarus will be taking 3,000 tests a year and bring its laboratory in compliance with international standards. Tomorrow our country will be visited by representatives of European Anti-Doping Agency. The bill is represented by the Minister of Sport Alexander Shamko and deputy Vadim Devyatovsky. According to Alexander Shamko, Belarus and Russia will be training volunteers for the World Hockey Cup 2014 and Olympic Games in Sochi. The parliamentarians are going to complete the bill and consider it in the second reading and make amendments to several codes. They are related to sport reserve training and pedagogical activity in PT and sport. Another issue in the agenda is related to migration policy. Belarus is going to set privileged conditions for moving certain categories of foreign citizens to Belarus. Today, the parliamentarians also considered the bill on military service and constitutional justice, amended the bills on electronic documents and electronic signature, registration of property and development of several fields of agriculture
