A special group from Turkmenistan, studying the experience and new technologies in the construction of new generation residential houses, is currently working in Belarus. According to UN Development Programme experts, Belarus is one of the first countries in the post-Soviet space to have vast and efficient experience in innovative design and construction. The technologies used allow dramatically reducing the consumption of hydrocarbon energy in servicing multi-apartment buildings.
The Turkmen experts are particularly interested in the heat recovery system and the use of photovoltaic panels and solar collectors.
