One dose of COVID-19 vaccine given to more than half of Belarus population

Vaccination against COVID-19 continues in Belarus. More than half of the country's population has already received the first dose of the drug. The first injection was given to people who are in the risk zone. Preventive vaccination covered more than 94% of employees of public health organizations. Large coverage was also among the employees of educational and social service institutions. Vaccination against coronavirus for children over 12 years is also going on in Belarus. 

Today there are various vaccination points available all over the country. The procedure is voluntary and free of charge. Vaccination can be done in clinics and hospitals, in shopping centers and the subway. There are 4 vaccines to choose from: three Russian vaccines, Sputnik Light, Sputnik V and Covi-Vac, as well as a Chinese drug.
