The Council of Ministers discussed today preparation for the heating season. Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov drew attention to the shortcomings of the past years and proposed steps to address them this year. Replacement and construction of heating systems, as well as fuel reserves, were discussed today. Representatives of relevant agencies note that readiness for winter is now higher than in 2014.
The main problem today is the debt of public authorities and regional executive committees for the supplied thermal energy. It is about 80 billion rubles.
