Belarus systematically strengthens its defense potential with new types of equipment. Thus, radio relay stations have been supplied to the Belarusian army. The communications battalion of the North-Western Operational Command will have to test-drive them. The domestic stations were developed at the enterprises of the Military Industrial Committee taking into account the latest achievements in the field of military communications and are not inferior to their world analogues in their tactical and technical characteristics.
Last year alone the cooperation between the Military Industrial Committee and the military resulted in the army receiving more than two thousand new models of arms, military and special equipment. Today the emphasis is laid on the developments of the domestic military-industrial complex. For example, after recent successful tests of the Volat V-2 armored vehicle of Minsk Wheeled Tractor Plant, it was decided to develop two modifications of the combat vehicle for our Armed Forces. Within two years, the products will be tested to the maximum, and the equipment will be accepted for service. We can also mention the multiple rocket launch system "Flute". The other day it was tested for the first time at Obuz-Lesnovsky training ground. After the tests, the developers noted that the "Flute" is able to get ready for firing fast, carry out combat missions and change position in the shortest possible time.
