The Ile-de-France sheep are bred in Logoisk District. This is a project of investors from Iran. The work is still mostly breeding: farmers buy rams to improve the genetics of the breeds. Meat, as well as wool, are valuable. Farmers grow forage themselves. Recently, Romanov sheep have also appeared. Crossing with the Ile de France is successful and promises to bring new bonuses.
Iranian investors are also developing the project in Borisov District. A dairy farm was established there. All cows are of the Holstein breed. Milk and poultry processing plants are planned to be constructed.
