Today, Novopolotsk will officially become the cultural capital of Belarus. The opening ceremony and festive events will start immediately at several venues. For the coming year, the city will become a platform for various creative projects, which will bring together a huge number of people. The national flair will be the focus of the cultural marathon.
Also, it is quite symbolic that in 2018 Novopolotsk is celebrating its 60th anniversary.
