The Night Wolves biker group will have to cover more than 5,000 kilometers across Europe as part of a campaign dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the victory over fascism. 15 motorcyclists from Russia and Kazakhstan are planning to take the Road of Victory across Europe and visit the most important war monuments. Yesterday, the marathon participants visited the Mound of Glory and the Khatyn village in the Minsk region. Late at night they arrived in Brest to accomplish the two missions: honouring the memory of Brest Fortress defenders and crossing the Polish border.
On 9 May, the Night Wolves are planning to meet in Berlin to pay tribute to war victims and veterans.
