Week of Belarusian cuisine has begun in the capital. More than a hundred restaurants and cafes offer five dishes of national cuisine prepared by same recipe and technology. Gastronomic Week is held in Minsk for the eighth time.
Interestingly, some restaurants left the most popular dishes on the main menu, despite the fact that until now they were specialized exclusively in European cuisine.
The next culinary holiday will be held in spring. Minsk residents and guests, ready to explore national gastronomic traditions.
