Belavia flights to Istanbul, Sochi and Yerevan have reduced the travel time, BelTA reports at the press service of the air carrier.
This is due to the fact that the airline has received permission from the Federal Air Transport Agency to fly to the south through Volgograd and Astrakhan (the previous route was through Kazakhstan). Due to the reduction of the overflight area the travel time on some flights has decreased.
The time on the flight Minsk-Istanbul was reduced by 45 minutes, on Minsk-Sochi by 25 minutes, on Minsk-Yerevan by 30 minutes. The return flights have become shorter by an average of 15 minutes.
