Healthy Life lessons from nun Maria on YouTube

The final preparations for Russian Orthodox Christmas are underway. On the night from January 6 to 7, Orthodox believers will go to churches to share the joy in the festive divine services. 

The heroine of our next story released a video on YouTube about the purity of spirit, soul, and body.  Nun Maria (Litvinova) is an inhabitant of St. Elizabeth Convent, she hosts the feature "Let's Live Healthy!" on the channel of the convent (video).
