Ministry of Health denies rumors about appearance of coronavirus in Belarus

The agency also refutes information about the appearance of a source of infection in Belarus. 

The Ministry of Health of Belarus called not to panic, the department said that the situation is under control, and the diagnosis of patients who came with suspected coronavirus was not confirmed. The day before, a 20-year-old Minsker turned to the capital's infectious diseases hospital. A few days ago, a girl flew in fr om Shanghai, where she worked for several months with her young man. The man himself was hospitalized on arrival at Pulkovo airport in St. Petersburg with suspected coronavirus. Today, Russian doctors have denied this diagnosis. The relatives of Minsk resident said that she had the flu.

Andrei Ilnitsky, brother of Anna Ilnitskaya, a patient of Minsk Infectious Disease Hospital: “They took some tests today, this cannot be considered an official diagnosis, but the assumption is that this is B. flu."

Meanwhile, two cities are closed for visiting in China. Huanggang has been closed for quarantine today, it is located 300 kilometers fr om Wuhan, wh ere a deadly virus has been detected. In these almost deserted streets, you cannot say that the population of Wuhan almost reached 12 million people. Public and railway transport do not work in the metropolis. There is no ferry and air service. People go to hospitals en masse, and here's the paradox. The authorities do not recommend visiting crowded places, but with ailments you have to go to the hospital, wh ere there are hundreds of them.

China will maintain close contacts with other countries to prevent the spread of the virus. They believe that the Emergency Committee of the World Health Organization will be able to draw scientifically sound, fair and rational conclusions regarding the facts the situation.

In general, Wuhan hospitals now resemble disaster films, doctors work with chemical protection, and infected people are transported in special capsules. The death toll from the deadly virus is almost 2 dozen people. The World Health Organization decides whether to declare a coronavirus outbreak a global emergency.

Intensive preventive measures are being taken in Belarus to prevent a new type of virus from entering our country. At the National Airport, sanitary-quarantine control of passengers is organized. The Ministry of Health declares that it is able to determine the deadly disease by specially developed reagents. Now coronavirus has been detected in several countries in Asia and the United States. The number of the infected exceeds 600 people.
