Soviet District of Minsk and the city of Lublin plan to engage in trade, business and investment cooperation. The detailed development plan for bilateral cooperation in the near future include mutual business visits. There is interest in the development of cultural and educational ties. Joint projects are already implemented by Lublin Technical University and the National Technical University.
Yuri Truschenko, head of the administration of the Soviet District of Minsk:
"Lublin is interested in the relations with Minsk, in particular, with Soviet District. This means investment in construction, investment in the retail business."
Mariusz Sagan, Director of the City Council of Lublin, Poland:
"We have experience of successful investment cooperation with Vitebsk, we want to develop this area in Minsk. Therefore, we want to cooperate with you in the field of economy."
Soviet District of the capital is actively cooperating with the cities of Russia and China. Soon Minsk will be visit by Shanghai delegation. It is planned to sign an agreement on bilateral cooperation.
