By Daria Begun: Minsk joined a major dinner! Almost two thousand chefs from five continents prepared dishes of French cuisine.
Francois Kantin, Chef (France): "I am the only French chef in Belarus! I am very happy that I can offer a variety of dishes, because French cuisine is a part of me, part of my soul."
French traditions are successfully developed by Belarusian restaurants. The French Food Festival was held in the Belarusian capital for the second time in a row. Thus, our country has acceded to the international gastronomic movement.
And the first international dinner dedicated to French cuisine, was held in 1912.
