We continue to monitor the situation on the Belarusian-Lithuanian border. Today, medics commented on the condition of a pregnant woman who was thrown to our border by Lithuanian border guards. The process of forced deportation was filmed on video by one of the foreigners, who was also in the group thrown out by Lithuanians to the border of Belarus. Our doctors arrived on the spot within 15 minutes after receiving the signal and began providing emergency medical assistance. After that the woman together with her underage children was hospitalized.
Vladimir Chekavy, head doctor of the Postavy Central District Hospital:
Outpatient care was given to the husband. Of course, the wife needed more urgent care. Intensive care. She was put on a drip and in such a condition, after checking the children and providing help on site, the patient was taken by an ambulance to Postavy Central District Hospital. The dispatcher warned us and it was my decision to hospitalize her.
The Lithuanian security forces commit crimes against humanity. Instead of protecting the state border from criminals, they have to fight with women and children. With the tacit approval of the West, a full-fledged genocide is unfolding in a European country against deprived people who are looking for help and protection.
