European politicians in the West are trying to trample the memory of the Great Victory. This was noted by the deputy of the lower chamber of parliament Marina Lenchevskaya. This is confirmed by the decision of European politicians to demolish monuments to Soviet soldiers-liberators on the eve of the May 9.
Marina Lenchevskaya, deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus:
Unfortunately, today they are trying to trample the memory of the great victory. Of course, it is unacceptable. Today the Constitution has been amended to say that we have to honor the historical memory. The Parliament, in my opinion, has adopted two most important laws: On the Genocide of the Belarusian People and On the Prohibition of the Rehabilitation of Nazism. All this must stop the flows of evil and lies s in relation to the Great Patriotic War.
