The large business operating in Belarus is increasingly resorting to international arbitration assistance, stated the Minister of Justice, Oleg Slizhevsky at Minsk Forum of Eastern European Countries on Disputes Resolution. It brought together the leading lawyers from more than 20 countries including, France, Austria and the USA. For Belarus, this is an opportunity to increase the investment attractiveness of both individual companies and the whole country. After all, a large investor in the event of possible conflicts prefers to apply to arbitration, counting on a more objective outcome of the disputed cases.
The international experts will exchange practical experience in resolving economic disputes at the highest level.
