By Ksenia Lebedeva: A team of Belarusian confectioners will compete at the World Cup in Luxembourg for the first time. The winners of the International Confectionery Art Competition will go to Luxembourg next year. Their names were announced yesterday.
Over 70 participants fought for the title of the best confectioner. Each competitor made several works of chocolate, mastic, dough and other edible ingredients. Therefore, all the works presented at the contest are both beautiful and edible.
The winners were chosen in 10 nominations. However, over 20 of them will compete at the World Cup. According to experts and judges, Belarus is rich in talented masters of confectionery art and each of them can claim not only the gold medal of major international competitions but also the grand prix.
