3 new hotels with 640 suites are expected to open in Minsk by late 2017. The new hotels will have the three stars category .They are located in the heart of the capital – on Zybitskaya Street, Lenin Avenue and Pobediteley Avenue. The construction of two facilities is now completed. In this regard, the introduction of the visa-free regime had a positive effect on the work of the hotel infrastructure of the city. During the first half of 2017, more than 320,000 visitors have stayed in Minsk hotels.
By 2020, 9 more hotels are expected to open in the capital. Currently, the Minsk hotel chain has 49 hotels.
