According to the document, during the next 8 years the regional center will be a large building site. The construction of new schools, polyclinics, multifunctional business centers, modern residential areas is planned, taking into account the recommendations made during the working visit of the Head of the State to Vitebsk and Mogilev regions in November.
While visiting Mogilev, Alexander Lukashenko often spoke about the need to improve the city, rejuvenate its appearance. In November 2016 the President studied the draft master plan for future reforms.
A large-scale reconstruction, according to the new general plan, will affect almost all main road arteries of Mogilev including bridges.
